New Home at Harbour Fitness

I’m excited to officially announce that beginning April 1st, I will be training clients at the brand-new Harbour Fitness in Indian Harbour Beach, Florida.
​
This move represents more than just a change in location—it’s a step forward in continuing to provide a high-quality, personalized training experience in an environment that truly supports both trainers and clients alike. Harbour Fitness offers a fresh, thoughtfully designed space that reflects what fitness should feel like: welcoming, focused, and built around real progress.

I want to extend a sincere thank you to co-owners Matt and Andrew for creating something special here. Their vision is clear—this is a space designed by trainers, for trainers, and for the community. That kind of intention shows in every detail of the facility.

What stands out most about Harbour Fitness is the atmosphere. It brings a new, laid-back energy to Indian Harbour Beach while still maintaining a strong commitment to results and performance. It’s a place where people of all fitness levels can feel comfortable, supported, and motivated to improve.

This new home aligns perfectly with my approach to training—focused, practical, and built around long-term success. I’m looking forward to continuing to work with current clients here and welcoming new individuals who are ready to take the next step in their fitness journey.

Hey Seniors, This is message is for you!
The Introduction to Fitness class at Wickham Park Senior Center in Melbourne is designed to help older adults begin moving again with confidence, purpose and support.
Held from 10:00-11:00 every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month. The class is offered at no additional cost. Wickham Park Senior Center Members pay 1$ and 2$ for non-members. Those who would like to attend will have to sign up in the lobby at Wickham Park Senior Center located at 2785 Leisure Way, Melbourne, FL 32935!
This welcoming class is ideal for individuals with little or no experience with structured exercise, as well as those who may not have exercised in quite some time. Participants will learn the fundamentals of safe movement, mobility, strength, balance, and functional fitness in a comfortable and encouraging environment focused on improving overall quality of life, independence, and daily movement.
Whether you are just getting started or returning to exercise after a long break, this class offers a positive and approachable introduction to fitness for seniors at their own pace.
